What is a Sound Bath? - or as I like to call it a “Sound Journey” Sound Baths are immersions in Vibrations and Frequencies of various instruments - such as Gongs, Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, various Drums and Chimes, Rattles, etc. The sounds work with us Vibro-acoustically and Psycho-acoustically, calming the mind and nervous system, allowing a person to enter a deeply restful state so the body can heal and regenerate. Studies have also shown it can increase nitric oxide, increase the uptake of oxygen in red blood cells, restore blood cells… and more. It’s a little like a psychedelic journey - without the psychedelics.
