Time to tune in deeply, Restore & Rejuvenate!

The Gateway Ranch was established by your host Shannon Coppin in 2019 in the mountains of the Similkameen Valley….near Yellow Lake. It is nestled between the quaint towns of Penticton, Oliver and Keremeos. The acreage backs onto cattle range and Crown Land. The ranch is now a haven for animals and humans, hosting healing retreats, musical and special events. Donkeys, dogs, baby chicks…mountains, trees, nature… it’s all part of the back drop of this experience.

Things to bring:

A journal and pen.

A comfy outfit…for stretching.

A water bottle.

A blanket.

A pillow.

The overall idea of this retreat…

Part One…

One hour that includes meet & greet, three segments of meditation, conversation, discussion and share, as well as a short group exploration and chat guided by family therapist Michele Wikerd.

Then a short bio, snack, mingle, journal … break

Part two….one hour of movement and self expression through rhythm and gentle stretching….

Break #2 - brief bio/food break, opportunity to ask questions, mingle and journal.

Part 3... Sound Bath...Gongs, Alchemy Crystal and Tibetan bowls, drums, chimes... to take you on an inner or cosmic journey, to recharge your body, relaxation down to the cellular level. This will be especially restorative after movement, food and fresh mountain air. Sound Healing can truly take you on an inner journey - a little like psychedelics without the psychedelics, potentially past lives, sacred geometry, vivid visuals / colors, physical shifts and changes, etc. … feeling deeply restored.

CLOSE - SOUP & BREAK BREAD ….Chance to mingle and have conversations ,connect, ask questions…and nourish & ground before heading home feeling luxurious and deeply restored
