Sound Journey (Group Sound Immersion)

Please refer to “How to Prepare for a Sound Session & What to Expect.” if you have not attended one with me before.

Full moon preparation - great time to get clarity.

Register via the book now button below. Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get settled. Bring a yoga mat, pillow for your comfort and a blanket (may not be needed this time of year). There are options to lay on the floor on a mat, sit in a chair, or even a couple gravity chairs to test out.

Restore yourself to a state of energetic, physical and mental well-being. I look forward to seeing you there….
