Well-Being Resource Links

Well-being practices … this post will be updated when new things are discovered.

Resources for health and well-being… I so often share both in my newsletters, and 1:1 sessions with clients, resources that I find useful. Since it is not always convenient to refer back to a newsletter, this post is a way for me to provide the information while also keeping it updated over time.

Dr. Anoop Kumar, MD, teaches that he Four Engines of Health = Nutrition, Movement, Connection, Rest (Numocore.com) is primary healthcare, and everything else is alternative. You can test your Numocore score. Youtube.

Dr. Zach Bush, MD. The Superpowers of Your Gut… on the One Commune course platform. This was a special price offering so if the first link doesn’t work try the One Commune link.

Human Garage. Great fascial stretching program for the whole body. Free Course Youtube

Travis Eliot Evening hip stretches and support for sleep on Youtube. He has a ton of videos.

BreathArmy - free breathwork Sunday mornings and recordings to access and practice anytime.

My YouTube channel with recordings of Sound Baths.

Telepathy tapes that help us understand the capacity of people who may have physical limitations, such as limited or no ability to speak. YouTube. Spotify. The fact that we are now aware of this, that we are conscious of it now even though it’s always been there… as my friend Christine says, “it is a sign of the New Earth—where human consciousness is expanding in ways we are only beginning to understand”.

Family Constellations. Christine Schultheis Navigating Change. Deeply intuitive - this work opens up awareness about what has happened in family systems that leads to healing, understanding, forgiveness and integration of our inherited and lived traumas so that they can become the gifts we are and no longer traumas.

Ben Stewart, in an interview on Gaia's Everyday Enlightenment Series, shares ways to listen often and deeply to the messages in our body - 10 minutes of guided check-in with our posture and with some slight adjustments to correlate patterns and tune in, observe what our body is saying. The link I have included above gives you free access to the interview (in case you don't have a Gaia subscription) - I have set it to the last 10 minutes where the exercise is but you can also listen to the whole thing.

Discovery on Consciousness from American anesthesiologist and professor at the University of Arizona known for his studies of consciousness and his controversial claim, alongside Sir Roger Penrose, that consciousness originates from quantum states in neural microtubules.  Part II (@ about 22:48 minutes in) Matias shares the perspective that consciousness is not about morality (whether a person is good or bad) and grounds us in the need and importance for the subconscious and unconscious aspects in each of us for our physical life here on earth.

How sound and vibration works with fluids - such as the water in our bodies. Research using the Cymascope by John Stuart Reid and others shows the influence of sound and vibration on water. The images are beautiful and intricate. Since our bodies include a high percentage of water it is worth considering how sound might be like an internal vibrational massage within and how it might influence our physical 'structure'.

Sex and relationship coaching - Kim Anami. Kim is very provocative in her approach which may be a hurdle for some but the core and key underlying principles in her programs are about conscious relationships and the health and abundance that is available to us … within us, how to access our own deep healing, intuition, wealth and success from our creative center. She teaches natural health from her own practice and experience. Taking your power back on all levels.

Recipes & Dietary

Millet… As a hot cereal in the morning. Or as a savoury salad to enjoy - & easy to take with you. Millet is also okay when you are on a cleanse.

Adaptogens are considered to help us adapt to a stressor, come back into balance and become stronger, more able to rise to situations without being stressed. In many cases the plant itself may have survived and adapted difficult conditions and subsequently increased its ability to thrive.

Keto Bread... recipe using coconut and almond flour, no eggs or yeast. So delicious and high in fibre.

Ginger is great to help with immunity and if you enjoy Ginger Beer, this recipe is really simple to make and so delicious, with the goodness of both ginger and lemon, and it's also sugar free as the sugar is eaten in the fermentation process (and no extra additives like Erythritol for your body to have to deal with). For anyone reducing or eliminating alcohol and sugar this is a great option. The video covers it very thoroughly if anyone wishes to try it out. The color of the ginger beer varies depending on the sugar you use.
